Filing a complaint
You may file a complaint by completing this form (e.g. service failures, wrong complaint handling or inconvenient dealing of the part of our Company's staff). The time limit of 30 days is set for the settlement of the complaint.
- query or request for information (use the Questions and Comments form for filing a query)
- complaint - filing a complaint as per the Company's Complaint Rules (use the 'Complaint of payments and settlement of services' form for filing a complaint)
- initial report of failure (use the Failure Report form for this purpose)
